The property had both free and paid parking which was a bit odd. As we had larger vehicles we felt it safer to park in the paid parking lot rather than on the spots directly off the street which we may have stuck out of a little ($5 a night). Simple rooms with decent beds and all the necessities (small desk, bed side table, etc. Bathroom was clean and had all necessary amenities. The only complaint was the doors are a little thin meaning it was a bit noisy if other guests were loud in the hallways.

Check in process not good as spent more than 30 minutes to check the booking record even we provided all written booking confirmation. Strong smoking smell along the corridor. Room size was small especially the bathroom and toilet. Waived our parking fee and provide free breakfast retained few positive marks!

The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to change room.

快適に過ごせました。 連泊でしたので清掃はお願いしませんでした。うち１回、ナイティが無かったのですが、フロントですぐにいただくことできたので問題ありませんでした。 ドリンクが24時間いただけるのは大変ありがたかったです。 またお世話になります。

佐賀駅前の中でも昔からあるホテルだと思います。古いのは仕方ありませんが奇麗に清掃されています。大浴場はキレイですしスチームサウナとドライサウナの中間のようなサウナが有り整います。、塩素消毒がきつく毎日入ると肌が荒れました。オゾン消毒なら良かったですが、仕方ないかもしれません。 朝食は本当に健康的で、可能な限り食事つきを予約します。今回は時間的に食事なしでした。

連泊して利用したが、ゴミ箱交換、タオル等の交換がされなかったのが残念。 また、部屋の清掃が行き届いてなく前回利用者の小さなゴミがベッドの隙間から出てきたり… コスパはいいが、それ以上はないかな
