On the ground floor, 1 kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher ...) with dining area, 1 living / dining room (TV 42 inches), 1 toilet with toilet and washbasin, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 1. 90 x 90
First floor, 1 double room with bathroom in-suite (bath, shower, sink and toilet) .1 Double room, 1 room with bunk beds of 1. 90 x 90 each. 1 bathroom with bath, toilet and 2 sinks.

Visiting family in the area
My family and I came to visit my daughter who lives in Spain and we found this beautiful house to rent. It is in a quiet residential area. The home was comfortable, warm and had modern conveniences like a washer/dryer machine that actually worked well and a full kitchen including microwave and induction cooktop. The master bedroom was big with a walk in closet and had an en-suite. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious house with all amenities
House is equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the peaceful walking paths around Argoños looking at various farm animals and the scenery. Excellent beaches in Santoña and Berria are a few minutes by car. All of us enjoyed the stay during Christmas 2019.

Well located property for trips to Bilbao and Santander. Superb beaches close by and further afield.
We had a great holiday and really enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of the people. It is an area that we would definitely visit again. The house we stayed in was ideal for our family party of 6 adults and 2 children with plenty of room for all. It was a lovely, clean and well equipped property - for instance there were basic necessities left for our immefiate use which was much appreciated. We thank Maria and Fernando very much for their help in making it such a wonderful stay. We recommend a walk around the village and visiting the Argonos tidal mill and also the many prehistoric caves, which can be booked on line when you tire of the splendid beaches which all had lifeguards and facilities. Other places worth a look Guggenheim museum, santillana del Mar - Allow plenty of time here and make sure you eat here as well as you are spoiled for choice, Alta mira and Gernica. There's too much to take in on a single holiday so you'll have to return as we intend to!

Casa grande y bonita
La casa es enorme, jardín y aparcamiento, muebles de Ikea pero todo con buen gusto, baños enormes y preciosos, cama con dosel espectacular las habitaciones infantiles muy chulas. La limpieza no era la correcta aunque cada vez las entradas se posponen a las 16h y la salidas a las 10-11h, el horno muy sucio y algunos rincones, no toda la batería de cocina sirve para inducción como fue la cafetera y la plancha había desaparecido según nos comentó la dueña que estuvo en contacto y ante el tema cafetera nos sugirió que la comprasemos y nos hacía bizum, estos alojamientos deben tener una supervisión constante para el precio alto que se paga, también añadir que los vecinos tienen una jauría de perros y al paso de gente se ponían a ladrar.

La casa está muy bien, lo hemos genial, por poner alguna pega decir que, los niños se llevaron un chasco al no poder disfrutar de la casita de juguete que muestra las fotos (no estaba). Y que resulta una pena no poder disfrutar por la noche de una cena en la zona de de la barbacoa, al no poder disponer de luz exterior.
