Our stay at Sarrato Aparthotel was absolutely wonderful. The cosy studio had everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. Waking up to breathtaking mountain views and enjoying breakfast on the balcony was the perfect start to our days. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible—just a heads-up, they primarily speak Spanish. After a day on the slopes, unwinding in the jacuzzi, taking a refreshing swim, and relaxing in the sauna was pure bliss. The...

We have stopped over in Jaca, on our trips to and from Spain for the past 12 years. during that time we have stayed in all of Jaca's min, central hotels and the Reina Felicia is by far the best. My only criticism would be the view of the unfilled swimming pool as you walk up to the main door during the colder months. The fact that you a just a pleasant walk to the centre ( 10 minutes ), ensures that you have an undisturbed sleep. Breakfasts there are some of the best ranges of food I have come...

Great hotel in the middle of the town. Parking included with a small cost was worth taking it if the streets are busy. The view of the room was marginal because there are many houses around but otherwise it was a lovely experience worth going.

Lovely hotel well situated in a lovely town

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff and great breakfast. We drove and had no problems parking on the road by the side of the hotel.

A great place to stay with epic views and easy access to the town with places to eat, drink and relax. Excellent breakfast selection, indoor pool was a little small when busy but the option to use the outdoor town pool is a great option in warm weather. Would 100% stay again!

Rooms with great views and bike storage. Very nice place. Reception most helpful.

I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital. They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital. Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front.

This was our 3rd short break at the Parador this winter, a 10 minute car ride up to the Baqueira ski station. It is essential to have a car if you want to ski as the public transport up to the ski station isn't frequent. Also, if you are there at peak weekends/school holidays, take an early breakfast to avoid traffic jams up to Baqueira. It is a spacious and comfortable hotel with great facilities: large hotel bar, games room, pool, gym and a fabulous cocktail bar. We've stayed in a standard...

All positive, good breakfast, facilities and helpful staff.

Great hotel, fantastic location, excellent breakfast!

Very nice hotel, great staff and restaurant. The town is wonderful and there are incredible walks from it where you can walk above the clouds.
