Duplex room was nice, lounge and small bathroom with shower on lower level, large rooms upstairs with more beds and full bath. Upper room had wall dividing two spaces but no door. No AC but skylights provided good air. No in room coffee or tea

We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors about the noise because they were very “busy”. It was very annoying and frustrating.

Hotellet ligger i virkelig flotte omgivelser oppe i bjernene. Personalet var søde og rare. Dog fandt vi det lidt dyrt at skulle betale 28€ pr person til spa’en som var pændt slidt og halv kedeligt. Til den pris kunne man godt have stillet lidt frugt og gratis isvand klar til folk som besøgte det. Spa’en bar præg af stor slidtage. Morgenmaden var rigtig god. Fint sted til et pitstop på en lang kørselstur igennem bjergene.

Pas de papier hygiénique dans la chambre, propreté douteuse… Après un changement de chambre, la nouvelle (avec vue sur un mur en béton) n’est pas au top de la maintenance non plus. Pas de climatisation, système télévision en berne, mini frigo en panne… où sont les 4 étoiles ? En conclusion, à éviter.
