We called to ask for an early check in considering check out is 10am and got told this wasn’t possible, however we arrived at 2.45 and the property was ready and available. "The place was clean, tidy and modern. I have very few complaints about the actual apartment. The bed was comfy, clean towels were provided and the whole apartment was nice. Unfortunately, the window in the bedroom would not open and in the warm temperature, made the room hot and humid and the nights quite uncomfortable. I used a reasonable amount of force to try and get the window open but I did not want to force it too much and get blamed for breaking anything. Communication beforehand was...

"The Cleanliness of this apartment was apalling stained dirty carpets, kettle was filthy hairs and dirt just about everywhere and cobwebs and spiders just about in every corner of each room couldn’t wait to leave I’m so pleased we had only booked one night."
