"The KIN Hotel was a nice surprise in that the rooms were as nice as depicted in the pictures, the lobby was impressive, the staff were friendly and it had a great rooftop pool and bar. "Excellent staff! The best buffet breakfast - the phò was wonderful! I asked for gluten free toast and the made a not on our room number and made sure it was ready and hot each morning. The same for the cafe sự da. I asked for it with coconut milk rather than dairy. They were spot on for 6 days. Very thoughtful! The rooms are a bit dated, but the staff make up for that."

"The Majestic bears its name well…Majestic!! It is impressive from the moment you walk in. Old world class and charm. Check-in was easy, great and helpful service. I had a great room with a jacuzzi overlooking the river. It was awesome. Only downside is that you could see some wear and tear on the floors and wall. Pool on the 1st floor is an oasis of tranquility. L shape makes it great for laps. Excellent service. The rooftop breakfast is out of this world. Huge variety , fresh and delicious. They’ll even make you an iced Vietnamese coffee. Or a Banh mi sandwich. Consistently, their service is absolutely top notch. If you like fine historical hotels that are less about bling and more about substance and service, this is the place for you Happy 100th anniversary Majestic… I will surely return"
