Our room was great. Our room did not have a street or river view however it did have a window that opened to a lovely internal courtyard with plants, a table and seating for 2 and bench swings. The courtyard is accessible for use although I believe we were the only guests to use it. We really appreciated the quietness when we arrived for the night to sleep. The water pressure is very strong. Robes and slippers are provided. I really appreciated the bedside control panel for all the lights. The breakfast buffet was delicious! All the food was fresh. The buffet stations were kept clean and well stocked. If an item was finished it was either refilled or cleaned up. The staff were extremely professional. They all were welcoming and polite when we arrived and left. I highly recommend The Hotel Grand Saigon. I will definitely stay here again."
