"Luxury hotel in a prime location, within easy walking distances of shopping centres, restaurants, and Ben Thanh market. The staff are courteous and friendly. We stayed in a junior suite, which is spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept on. We had access to the club lounge and the evening canapes and drinks were excellent, and the service was attentive."

Traveling with my wife and daughter to celebrate a very special day, we were blown away by the superb hospitality from every single staff member we encountered. From the moment we first stepped into the hotel until the very last day of our stay, we were ushered in with the warmest receptions. The doormen, concierge, front desk, and hotel hosts constantly went above and beyond, making the time and effort to ensure our stay was deeply memorable. A massive, heartfelt thank you to the team for the special birthday gesture shown to my spouse. The surprise singing and performance—led by the wonderful Charlie Khang, Duy Anh, and Như—was a beautiful highlight that we will cherish forever! I also want to give a special mention to Trang and Sophie for being such phenomenal, attentive hostesses throughout our stay. And a huge shoutout to Tri and all the late-night bell hops who greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm every single night when we returned late. Thank you so much to the entire team."

"We had a 3 night stay. Room and amenities were very good we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast has both western and local options, they have a rooftop bar and restaurant where you can sit in the background of Saigon river view. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only one suggestion to property owners is that please inform guest about how to operate lightings in the room. We couldn’t find the switch to turn off light above the bed and finally we figured out it was in the remote control. Otherwise we had an excellent stay at Grand Saigon. Wifi also very good and fast."
