"It's a basic room for a good price in the center of town. From booking it wasn't apparent that the accommodations were for two twin beds. The pub/restaurant is nice and just downstairs. There's no common area or parlor."

The room was shabby, carpet stained, ceiling in the bathroom paintwork cracked and flaked off. Stains on the wall behind the head area. The old wooden Sash Windows were in such poor repair they were useless in preventing any of the noise from the constant stream of vehicles and drunken revellers under our window.
