The house is situated on a hill overlooking Carnoustie.
It is very nicely decorated and well maintained. We had a twin room on the top floor. It was well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. The ensuite had a larger shower cubicle than average.
Breakfast was very nice, with good quality ingredients.
Lisa was a very good host, welcoming and full of useful information

Having stayed at the Hotel over the years we were aware,this time that the dining arrangements are now so expensive as to make one of the restaurants not somewhere we would wish to eat . We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Apex Dundee, our room was really comfortable and spacious with a fabulous view across to the Tay Bridge and V&A. We ate in the restaurant and bar and everything was fresh and tasty. Looking forward to coming back!
