Come and take advantage of this waterfront location to share an unforgettable stay between lake and city; its terrace overlooking the lake will seduce you. In a magnificent 50 m2 apartment delivered in 2022 offering you a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen and a terrace. The old town of Annecy being a few minutes on foot or by bike, you will have all the necessary comfort during your stay here without having to take your car. You have a garage available for 1 car as well as a bike room at your disposal. Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are: \- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically \- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival. We want you to fully enjoy your vacation, for this between each traveler the cleaning and the beds are made.
