This apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and the living room has a sofa bed. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a coffee machine, a raclette machine... The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and the toilet are separated. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 10-15 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ Parking is possible in the on the street (Rue des Mouettes). 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
