    After 9pm, if you are unable to arrange your own transport, a €20 surcharge will apply.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement, plein de charme et idéalement situé en plein centre d’Annecy. La gare, le lac et tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas utiliser notre voiture pendant toute la semaine : un vrai bonheur !Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié que le linge de lit et de toilette soit fourni et que les lits soient faits à notre arrivée. Ce sont des petites attentions qui font la différence.Pour que l’expérience soit encore plus agréable, quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées. Un deuxième trousseau de clés serait très pratique, notamment pour les familles avec des adolescents. Il serait également utile d’y ajouter la clé du local à poubelles, car il est impossible d’y accéder lorsque la porte est fermée.Enfin, un peu plus d’attention au ménage serait appréciée. Nous avons remarqué quelques toiles d’araignée, une araignée au plafond ainsi qu’un ventilateur assez poussiéreux.Ces quelques détails n’ont toutefois pas gâché notre séjour. Nous recommandons volontiers cet appartement pour son emplacement exceptionnel, son charme et le confort qu’il offre.

Emplacement idéal et prestations ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de la gare, tous les points d'intérêt accessibles à pied. L'agencement et les équipements présents sont multiples, tapis de yoga, appareil à raclette, lave linge, sèche linge, four... Incroyable ! Le petit balcon est appréciable, on peut y admirer les couchers de soleil. Situé au dernier étage avec ascenseur, c'est très calme. Je recommande vivement ce logement que je pourrais louer à nouveau.
