Discover an apartment with the charm of the old, overlooking the Canal du Thiou. The apartment is located in the Passage des Bains which is entirely pedestrian. Ideal for up to 4 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/ kitchen, 1 bathroom and a terrace. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm, the second bedroom with 2 single beds 70x190 cm. Kitchen equipped with microwave, linen will be provided for your stay. Important: for a relaxed holiday, the apartment is equipped with Wifi. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake). 🅿️The nearest car parks are the Post Office car park and the Sainte Claire car park both located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it knew how to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps". Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. Il est sale, inconfortable, il sent mauvais et n'est pas entretenu. L'appartement est vĂ©tuste (je ne parle pas dĂ©coration !) Le linge de lit est sale, la vaisselle Ă©galement, le volet qui donne sur la rue (au 1er Ă©tage) ne se ferme pas. La litterie est un enfer. Je ne m'attarderai pas sur les autres points dĂ©sastreux comme les balcons sales, les fils Ă©lectriques qui dĂ©passent des appliques Ă  hauteur du visage, les prises qui font des Ă©tincelles des qu'on y branche quelque chose.. La rĂ©ception des clĂ©s n'est qu'Ă  16h ce qui est très tard pour un check-in. Aucun effort n'est fait pour que l'endroit soit agrĂ©able. Très lumineux mĂŞme si le soleil ne tape pas directement dans les fenĂŞtres ce qui reste un très bon point Car nous n'avons pas eu trop chaud. le seul bĂ©mol ( et vraiment pour en trouver un ) les matelas des lits sont assez dure et ils manquent des brochures pour savoir toutes les activitĂ©s Ă  faire dans le coin. sinon tout Ă©tait parfait je reviendrais avec plaisirs. ##### Audrey K.
