Cet appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes, au 12ème étage avec ascenseur. L'orientation face au lac d'Annecy permet une vue imprenable sur les feux du 14 juillet et la Fête duLac La première chambre dispose d'un lit queen size 180x200 et la seconde 2 lits simples. Un canapé convertible est disponible dans le salon. Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse après une belle journée au bord du lac ou en montagne. L'appartement est équipé d'une télévision, du wifi, et de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour tels qu'une machine à café Nespresso, un appareil à raclette... La salle d’eau est équipée d’une baignoire et les WC sont séparés. Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour, draps, serviettes et torchon de cuisine. Nombreux restaurants et commerces accessibles à pied ; vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant tout votre séjour. Le lac est au pied de l'immeuble. Location de vélos à proximité (une superbe piste cyclable fait tout le tour du lac). Good large unit. Parking was very hard to find initially. Needed better instructions. Although the unit was generally clean, the furniture was quite dated and in need of deep cleaning. Ce panorama sur le lac est un réel plus. Sa localisation est également parfaite, au pied du lac, à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces, du centre ville. Elsa notre hôte à été d'une gentillesse, disponible, à l'écoute. La literie, parfaite, appartement bien équipé.
