  • Cocoonr is pleased to offer ‘Le Majésté 4’ for rent: a bright flat in a prime location opposite the Impérial Palace in Annecy.

    Just a stone’s throw from the Impérial beach, a mere 10-minute walk from the Petit Port and less than 20 minutes from the historic centre, this accommodation is the ideal base for exploring Annecy and making the most of the lakefront, whether you’re travelling with family or friends.

    --- The block is currently undergoing an energy-efficiency refurbishment programme until the end of November 2026. There may be occasional noise, odour or visual disturbances. The block’s car parks are not accessible during the works (paid parking is available nearby: Sainte-Bernadette and Impérial).---

    Situated on the 4th floor (no lift) of a secure residence with access via a key fob, the flat offers a bright and pleasant atmosphere, as well as unobstructed views of the mountains. Depending on the time of year, you may even catch a glimpse of the lake through its large windows.

    The accommodation is laid out as follows:

    Living area:
    - A cosy, light-filled living space comprising a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area for four people and a cosy lounge with a corner sofa and a wall-mounted smart TV.

    Sleeping area:
    - Bedroom 1: fitted with a queen-size bed (160x190 cm), ample storage space and an en-suite shower room.
    - Bedroom 2: fitted with a double bed (140x190 cm).
    - Separate toilet

    Please note: the shower room is only accessible from Bedroom 1.

    The flat can be rented alongside the first-floor flat, “Le Majésté 1”, providing a total capacity of 6–7 people.

    Additional facilities:
    Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

    The flat is ideally situated in Annecy, just a short walk from the lake and local amenities…
    - Cycle path running alongside the lake right outside the flat
    - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, chemist… all within a 3-minute walk

    Activities:
    Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, experience the thrills of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (the Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy’s old town. Food lovers can enjoy bespoke gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef, etc.). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.

    Transport:
    - Regular SIBRA bus routes 5, 14, l and N stop here. Route 5 provides easy access to the city centre (around 10 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
    - Geneva International Airport is approximately 39 minutes’ drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire services.
    - If you are travelling by car, parking is available right outside the residence.
    Parking spaces are not allocated and availability is therefore not guaranteed. Should there be no spaces available, there are several public car parks nearby.

    Other notes:
    - The accommodation is entirely non-smoking
    - Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
    - Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
    - We are happy to welcome your pet (dogs up to 8 kg) for an additional charge of €40. For any special requests (heavier pets, other animals, etc.), please contact us: we will consider your request carefully.

    On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr Annecy agency. They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.
