An exceptional location to enjoy the advantages of Annecy without a car: your shopping, go to the restaurant, have a spritz on the terrace, visit the old town! The station is also within walking distance. In the heart of the historic centre of Annecy, in a secure 100-year-old building with undeniable charm, come and discover this unique luxury suite. Apartment with a lot of charm, overlooking "La Cour Filaterie" at number 6 of the eponymous street famous for its arcades & shops. Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake. It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around. The entrance of the apartment is located in a pedestrian street, you can park Rue Joseph Blanc where you can drop your luggage with your vehicle. All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake. On the first level, TV lounge & bathroom with separate toilet. On the second level: kitchen - living room bathed in light On the mezzanine: the bedroom with plenty of storage space. Linen will be provided for your stay: bed linen and toilet linen. ⭐️ The historic centre of Annecy is the favorite point of travelers with its charm, its alleys, gardens and pedestrian areas. 🚭 To protect the apartment and its environment, the space is completely non-smoking. Thank you:) Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, a stand-alone arrival solution will be offered. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
