This apartment can accommodate 4 people. The apartment has a 140x190 (Double) bed and bunk beds. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a TV and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a filter coffee machine,. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and the toilet are separate. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. 🅿️ A private parking space is available in the residence. Parking is also possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Sainte Claire. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
