Located at the entrance of the center of Annecy, 300 m from Lake Annecy, 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.

In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with toilet.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and plenty of storage space
The living room offers a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV with international channels and connection to Netflix.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay.

Beautiful property in Annecy

Property exactly as listed walking distance to old town. Everything required for our stay was supplied. Lovely modern apartment. Would recommend and would definitely stay again

Convenient modern apartment close to old town

Although it's next to a busy road the apartment is a convenient place to stay for a short visit to Annecy. It's in easy walking distance of the old town and the lake and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Netflix, in case the weather isn't conducive to walking!

We are very pleased, not to be traveling with our big car. In the garage, is some anarchy, where a lot of people park where they like. We are used to eat with cutlery. This was only limited available.

Bel appartement, idéal pour 2 personnes, très bien situé, au calme (l’appartement ne donne pas directement sur la rue passante). Très bonne literie. Décoration IKEA sans caractère, l’aménagement de la salle de bain est basique. Bien équipé (la poêle Tefal est à changer, elle date d’au moins 20 ans - il manque une petite casserole à manche). Le garage est normal, adapté à tous types de véhicules. Par contre la porte du garage ne ferme plus à clé (on aurait apprécié que l’information nous soit communiquée avant notre arrivée).

Bel appartement bien aménagé et bien situé pour un séjour d'une semaine en hiver, très bien pour 2, pour 4 un peu juste le logement est propre, bien conçue et bien équipé pour des vacances et sa situation proche du centre ville du château et du lac font que le séjour était parfait le seul problème, le parking, il est très très difficile d'y entrer si l'on a une voiture un peu longue. parfait pour des petites citadines. Nicolas nous a bien accueilli l'agence propose des tarifs raisonnables pour le secteur et elle est très réactive et réponse rapide par mail.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans un superbe appartement de La conciergerie du lac. L’appartement était parfaitement situé pour accéder au centre ville à pied, tout en laissant notre voiture dans un garage sécurisé. Un bien locatif qui nous correspondait totalement tant sur la déco, l’emplacement, la mise à disposition du matériel de cuisine, des serviettes de douche… la literie … jusqu’au moindre détails. Tout était réuni pour passer un beau séjour. Alors je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe et pour les prochains voyageurs vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. 😇

4 Days in Annecy

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem praktischen und hübschen Appartement. Es liegt in der Nähe zum See und man kann zu Fuss in die Altstadt laufen. Auch eine Wanderung haben wir in der Nähe gemacht. Das Auto haben wir nie gebraucht. Super, wenn man mit Hund reist: Haustiere sind willkommen und auch die Nachbarn haben kein Problem damit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Idéalement placé

L'appartement est très bien aménagé et équipé. Il est très bien entretenu et calme. Sa position près du centre d'Annecy nous a permis de rentrer chaque midi pour faire manger chaud notre fille de 2 ans et demi. Idéalement situé pour se rendre sur le Semnoz ! Le parking un gros point fort sur Annecy 😊 nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Perfect location!

Appartement 405 is excellent. The location is really great, with only a few minutes walk to the Plate des Marquisats, the lake and the old town (literally minutes, even at a slow pace). The apartment itself is really well equipped, clean and modern and the bed is comfortable. Despite it being in an apartment block, it's pretty soundproof and the shutters so a good job of blocking out the road at night. Really good value and communication was good. We also got some tips from our Concierge, John, on arrival, who gave us the excellent advice of cycling the lake clockwise! Would stay again.

Déçus

Séjour de 5j pour découvrir Annecy en couple. Bon accueil par john et Brigitta, sympathiques. L’appartement est très bien situé à deux pas de la vieille ville , des embarcadères des bateaux, en surplomb du lac. Mais - ménage plus qu’aléatoire (des « moutons » partout) , très désagréable voir inadmissible en ces temps d’épidémie, - Impossible de dormir correctement (la clim fait un bruit d’enfer et si vous ouvrez la fenêtre quel vacarme, la route est très passante), - le balcon n’est pas aménagé (oubliez l’apéro dehors, de tout façon vous profitez des voisins ....), -pas de notice d’utilisation des appareils donc pas facile de se débrouiller seuls, -‘et pour le box à voiture trop exigu, il vous obligera soit à opter pour une twingo, soit à sortir de votre citadine en contorsionniste (pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, personnes âgées ...) et le parking le plus proche est payant ! Une note positive ; confort très correct, super bien placé si vous faites tout à pied et n’êtes pas sensible au bruit ; d’où la note pondérée sur la situation de l’appartement .

Résidence située à deux pas du centre de la vieille ville ce qui constitue un avantage certain.De plus le garage permet un stationnement aisé... pour Annecy c'est un luxe!MAIS beaucoup de bruit sur cette avenue où la circulation est très dense.Des poids lourds circulent à vitesse relativement importante très tôt le matin et il est très difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. L'appartement lui-même est bien conçu et agréable à vivre.L'équipement est complet sauf que la climatisation annoncée consiste en un climatiseur qui n'est pas installé!!! Une dernière remarque concerne le balcon qui mériterait un sérieux coup de Kärcher.

Aurait pu être parfait sans tous ces désagréments

J'ai aimé · La proximité à pied du centre ville et du lac. L'aménagement de l'appartement. Je n'ai pas aimé · Le bruit infernal de la route qui longe l'immeuble du matin de très bonne heure jusqu'au soir très tard. Très désagréable de découvrir que le box fermé est tellement petit (longueur et largeur) qu'il nous était impossible d'en profiter (il faudrait quand même le préciser dans l'annonce). La propreté laisse totalement à désirer (cheveux dans la salle d'eau / terrasse couverte de poussière / tâches collantes sur le bar / bouilloire et cafetières non vidées / énormes tâches sur le tapis / toilettes non nettoyées / protections oreillers tâchées....)

BEL APPARTEMENT, BEL EMPLACEMENT

PARFAIT....ACCUEIL, PRESTATION, APPARTEMENT, PROPRETÉ.... Juste un tout petit détail....;la douche.....je fais 180 cms et 75 kilos donc ni un géant, ni un gros (humour) ...IMPOSSIBLE DE RESSORTIR QUAND ON FERME LA PORTE EN VERRE... Il y a des possibilités de rectifier ceci....deux petites portes battantes...et le tour est joué....
