With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this exceptional property impresses with both its elegant décor and its privileged location, just a few steps from the lake and the famous canals of the “Venice of the Alps.” The apartment is laid out as follows : \- Spacious, light-filled cross-through living area with dining space, lounge featuring a “frame TV,” and access to a balcony offering typical city views. \- Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances (including Thermomix). \- Separate WC. Sleeping area : \- Bedroom 1 : double bed (140 cm), small balcony with city view, built-in wardrobe. \- Bedroom 2 : queen-size bed (160 cm), small balcony with city view, built-in wardrobe. \- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined to form a double, small balcony with city view, built-in wardrobe. \- Bathroom 1: Italian-style shower, double washbasins, and WC. \- Bathroom 2: shower and washbasin.
