Beaucoup de choses à revoir.

Appartement bien situé, mais expérience mitigée » L’appartement bénéficie d’un emplacement appréciable, à seulement cinq minutes du lac, ce qui est un vrai atout. En revanche, l’intérieur est resté « dans son jus » et plusieurs points ont terni le séjour. La propreté laissait clairement à désirer : poussière présente, four gras, joints de douche encrassés… Les oreillers mériteraient d’être remplacés. Le débit d’eau de la douche était faible, l’eau souvent tiède, parfois froide. Dommage également qu’une participation ménage soit incluse dans le prix, car on se demande ce que fait réellement la conciergerie. À notre arrivée, il faisait 15 °C dans l’appartement. Heureusement, une voisine très aimable est venue régler la chaudière, en lien avec le propriétaire par téléphone. En résumé : un emplacement agréable, mais un logement qui aurait besoin d’un vrai rafraîchissement et d’un entretien plus rigoureux pour être à la hauteur du tarif demandé.

appartement Impérial

bel appartement bien situé, très agréable pour 4 personnes. Un tout petit détail : nous pensions trouver une cafetière classique et nous étions équipés pour, mais c'est une machine Senseo à dosettes. Il serait bon de le préciser sur le descriptif.
