"Honestly this is the most unprofessional “stay” i have ever encountered. Apparently the listing was “taken off” and shouldn’t have been available. The owner did not reach out or say anything and when I tried to reach out, my calls were saying they were not accepting calls. It took me going to the property to see another guest having the same problem as myself. "Clean, spacious, friendly"

"The apartment was very clean and quiet. It's in a good neighborhood convenient to Balboa Park BART station, a Whole Foods, and a Safeway. At most times it was about a 15 minute Uber ride or 30+ minute BART ride from downtown San Francisco. The only thing we would have appreciated is some other way to make coffee than a Keurig machine; we made do, but a cheap French press or pour-over drip would have been nice. Thanks for the great stay."
