"Stayed here during the 75th anniversary of d-day. On arrival didn't know how to check in but was not a problem as owner lives next door. Great location to easily get to other places. Resident chickens in the garden made our stay welcoming and interesting. One day owner left us fresh eggs and on the last night of our stay left us a bottle of wine and biscuits. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back."

"Perfect location for visiting Saint Mont Michel. Very friendly host. The outdoor space was beautiful. The 3 bedroom home accommodated is well but scheduling the one shower was very important. No internet…but cell service was good and we were on vacation so didn’t mind. Closest market and restaurants were 15 minutes. We would recommend."

Christian et sa femme sont des propriétaires discrets, flexibles et adorables avec plein de bons conseils (sorties, visites, restaurants...). "La Martelliere ist ein sehr liebevolles gemütliches charmantes Ferienhaus, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Garten ist groß und überwiegend naturbelassen und steht dem Mieter zur freien Verfügung. Die Lage des Anwesens ist idyllisch und sehr ruhig. "We loved every minute. What a awesome cottage. Spacious, top level equipment and great furniture. Amazing huge garden for the dog, entirely fenced. Furthermore some seriously good restaurants and bars easy to reach. A fantastic beach around the corner. As well we could use the home base to make half day or day trips in all different directions (Mont Saint Michel, Utah&Omaha Beach, Phare des Groins,…) or visit local little Gems like Chateau Pirou and many others) or all the beautiful villages...

"Even it is an old renovated hotel, it is very nice. I like that they have a restaurant on site. I like the location. Unfortunately, there is no parking. Public parking may be free but not available almost all the time. Taxi is not available without prior reservation. WiFi is a huge problem for iPhone users. No internet connection at all. "
