Summary:
This very light, modern and spacious luxury apartment is located less than 19 minutes by train from London Euston and offers fantastic transport links into London and Warner Brothers Studio tour.

Less than one minute walk from Bushey Station which is walking distance to the centre of Watford that also has a newly expanded shopping centre, cinema, restaurants and bars for our guests to enjoy.

The Space:
The apartment is on the second floor (accessed by stairs or lift) and contains a large open plan Kitchen/dining/living area, Master Bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, second bedroom and a bathroom. Every room has its own separate temperature control.

The apartment has been beautifully furnished with hardwood floors and luxury interior. The high end gloss kitchen is fully equipped with integrated Fridge freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. This truly is a home from home.

The living room offers two sofas (1 Sofa bed) plus a 43inch Smart TV for our guests to enjoy during their stay.

Free Superfast Wifi is also provided throughout the apartment.

Free parking surrounding the area and paid parking in Bushey Station.

5 minute drive from Vicarage Road Stadium (Watford Premiership Football Team)

Watford High Street - 4 minute drive

Both Watford Business Park and Croxley Business Park are only a 10 minute drive away.

**The double bedrooms will be set up as Super-king beds but can be set up as two singles if requested.**

The whole apartment will be available for our guests to use.

Getting Around:
The apartment is located less than a one minute walk from Bushey station where you can reach central London in only 19 minutes. Our Guests will also be walking distance to the centre of Watford so is a fantastic location to enjoy both London and the local area including the Warner Brothers Studio tour.

Great location, great stay
Our trip was a Christmas holiday to visit family. I am always a little apprehensive when renting a place unseen (had a prior “not as advertised” experience), however, the photos were a pretty accurate representation of the flat. Some Plus points: 1) Fab location- including being across the street from the train station (20 mins to Euston) 2) A friendly pub right next door, a pharmacy across the road, a small convenience store next to the pharmacy for food/drinks sundries. 3) Very responsive host - answered my several questions promptly. My only suggestion- an instruction sheet on how to operate heaters and appliances (stove mainly). Not a huge problem, as the host responded almost immediately to my inquiries. The checkin and checkout were a breeze too. Overall, I will for sure book this property for family (four adults, no pets) again.
