He over charged us twice and he could not admit his mistake instead he claimed that is there policy which speaking to other employees that is NOT accurate at all!!!! I’ve stayed there over 6 years on business and after this incident I will no longer stay at this property! Management did nothing to apologize at all either. HORRIBLE F STAFF "
