"The staff, service and cleanliness of the facilities were consistently good. My only issue were the channels available through the TV. I could not locate local channels, the golf channel was listed, but unavailable on the TV and I could not utilize my own Streaming Stick on the TV as an alternative. Less of a problem if staying just a night or two but I was here for a working week, so I noticed it more."

"In the area for an anniversary getaway, and found this reasonably priced cottage. First, everything we needed to know or that could have been an issue upon arrival was covered by the owner of the property long before we even left for the trip. "We had a great week on Long Lake. Chet and Lauren have done a lot of work on their property, and it shows. The cabins were very quaint, comfortable and clean, especially the beds. "The setting was beautiful! The kitchen sink and shower were so disgusting, we went to town for cleanser and cleaned them before we could use them. The refrigerator was dirty and had other peoples food (condiments etc) in it. There were cob webs with spiders and eggs under the table in the living room. We only stayed 2 nights of our three booked. There wasn't a can opener or toaster in the kitchen. There were also two gun safes in our cabin! "
