Towels and sheets are high quality and the bed is very comfortable. Located on a busy road the traffic noise is a given but with the windows closed and air conditioning or ceiling fan on, it was quiet. We saw in the parking lot that the people staying next to us had a baby and toddler, but heard not a peep from them from inside our unit. My family travels to this area every year and 2021 was the first year it fell through. A handful of us made some last minute decisions to come up and I found this suite on VRBO. We were hesitant but the 40 Winks exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless. Kristine was available for our every need. I love that we had beach towels provided. The space was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen space was well equipped should you choose to do some basic meal preparation on your stay. Manager was very friendly, we enjoyed conversations with her. Newly upgraded/renovated. Right across the street from all amenities! The parks and beach here is beautiful and very well maintained. My daughter loved the splash park and playgrounds (one for all ages). The suite comes with everything you could ever need, I enjoyed having all cleaning supply’s in the room.
