Lovely hotel in the centre of town, staff very attentive and helpful.
Loved the breakfast buffet, halfboard-dinner also very good with several choices for main course and buffet for starter/salat/desert, etc.

The hotel was just lovely - very helpful staff, a very comfortable room, free parking in a very near underground car park and a lovely breakfast. What more could you want? The sauna in the cellar was a treat after walking in the mountains, as was the offer of a professional mountain guide 3 times a week to expand the walking experiences.
I've forgotten to mention the self serve drinks available in the downstairs lobby, for which you paid for with an honesty box. I can't wait to go back to smple...

1000% recommend The Parc. We had such a lovely time here, everything was super smooth pre-check in to checkout. The property was very well maintained.
We got the attic room which gave a super retro vibe. The staff was amazing, huge shoutout to Vicky and Vera who served us during breakfast. Ursula who runs the hotel was super helpful too.
We loved the fact that the experience was very personalised throughout.
The sauna area was soooooo good and relaxing too. We used the jacuzzi, steam,...

The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing.
If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...
