A lovely, peaceful hotel in an excellent location, with great amenities. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were attentive. The only disappointment was the housekeeping: the same pillowcases and duvet cover were put back on when the bed was made, rather than being replaced with fresh linen and that was for the full 3 days we stayed there.

This hotel is truly a gem. We stayed during "off-season" October and it was everything (and more) we needed for our stay in the Dolomites. The family suite was a perfect accommodation for us - a family with 2 young kids. We all enjoyed the pool/spa after a long day of hiking and the staff was very attentive to each detail. The hotel is also in a central location which was great to get to all the hiking spots and restaurants.

Beautiful property in the perfect location. We had great views from our balcony, and the hotel was within walking distance of all the lifts and the center of town. It was just far enough from the center to be quiet and peaceful in the evenings. The indoor and outdoor pools were a wonderful bonus, and breakfast was very nice, with high-quality food and plenty of choices. The spa was another great feature and an added bonus to an already wonderful stay. We really enjoyed our time here!

Cozy, beautiful grounds. Close 5 min walk to downtown. Easy access for all the lifts in Ortisei. There is patio area, bar, and restaurant. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast had fresh bakery goods, smoked salmon, and made to order items. Would come again for sure.

It’s a wonderful hotel we stayed for a week and loved it. The rooms the food the staff the spa are all fantastic. Five star quality throughout recommended and we’ll come back. I’m sure very soon.

One of the best states of our lives. Everything was new and impeccable. Very quiet and relaxing and state of the yard technology, but old world class and service. Definitely coming back. Family that owns and runs hotel is fantastic. Location is incredible with short walks to three different gondolas or train lifts to go hiking and eat at restaurants. Front desk organize superb E bike tour.

Terrific location within walking distance of restaurants and the gondola. The buffet breakfast was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy with underground parking available in the building. Room was not air conditioned and felt quite warm and stuffy during the night. The room was smaller than expected. The limited fitness room equipment looked nice but I was really looking for a foam roller to work out the muscles after a very long hike and they didn’t have anything like that.

Exceptional hotel in every aspect. It was quiet,pretty views, has excellent customer service , delicious food and a spa. Very relaxing. We travel 4 countries in Europe in 30 days and this was pur favorite place. You can walk to Secada and Alpin De Suisi gondolas also.

We had a great stay here, the spa is even better than shown. The staff were very helpful and made us some delicious lunch packs for hiking. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip. The pastries were light and airy. One night we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was nice and quiet.
