"Well where do I start.... What a stunning hotel! It's truly beautiful with the lake as a focal point in the lovely gardens, the other side of the swimming pools. On arrival we were welcomed and offered refreshments in a lounge area while our registration was sorted out and the forms were brought to us. We stayed on the garden side of the hotel. "Our welcome at reception was excellent. Our room was very clean and overlooking the pool. We arrived late but could still order food at the Rubi bar. There was a singer that made the evening more enjoyable even though we were tired from travelling. Beautiful grounds, the gardens are very well kept with some amazing flowers. We used all the facilities and felt very safe and comfortable. The indoor swimming pool came in very handy for the children as the outside pools were cold during February...

"The area was very beautiful and tranquil, the resort was first class, staff were all friendly and very accommodating, always eager to help. They had free shuttle rides into the Marina and back which was so convenient, with lots of activities on offer. Beaches, shopping malls and supermarkets nearby and a lot of other nearby towns to visit. I definitely will be going back and will recommend it to my friends. "

"This property is nothing but beautiful and in a peaceful location, though I would day some of the services in the pool bar area was not upto the standards one would expect as a 5 start resort. Furthermore, vegetarian options were very limited for lunch and dinners. Breakfast, however was excellent! Shoutout to Isabella on the reception desk, she was excellent!!
