"We had a lovely long weekend at the Cedar Court where all the staff, both at reception and throughout the restaurant, were extremely helpful and informative about what was available in and around Harrogate. We cannot praise them highly enough,, and looking forward to our next visit to see more of the Moors and Dales."

"The hotel was nice enough to hold our two large suitcases, while we travelled to Edinburgh. I don't think we would have survived Edinburgh if we had to carry around that baggage. Weird thing with return was that the room was a ways from our previous room, but was bigger with a nice bathtub."

The hotel facilities also did not disappoint - the spa was a good way to start the day, whilst the food in the restaurant was of a high standard. "We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years when visiting family. On this occasion it was shortly after my wife had an operation. The staff were helpful in providing a room close to the lift and were keen to ensure that everything was okay for us. The only downside was that in booking a second room for our daughter we were charged for 2 breakfasts (no option for a single) by Hotels.com - not the policy of the hotel we were told. In future we would not pre-order breakfast and pay at the hotel."
