"Got a young kid in tears after planning our stop here especially for the pool, no mention of “no kids allowed” in the pool on the website. Please update your advertising of the pool as a tantalizing “rare find” for families who won’t have access to the pool, as we only spring for this fancy place for that reason. "

We had checked in in advance and arrived at 10pm so had no other option but to stay. The room was fine, just a little cold and couldn’t close the curtains so was very bright in the morning. Just frustrating when the double was paid for and had no choice but to accept a bunk bed. "

"Close to Birmingham New Street train station, great! Rooms have a more modern style, which is cool! Breakfast area is really nice and the menu served is fresh.
