This is a guest house with a front patio that you can enjoy with your partner at night with the fire pit and a delicious treat at night. It has a full kitchen with utensils in case you want to prepare your favorite food and a complete coffee area. full bathroom with shower and extra towels in the bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and extra blankets and its 32-inch smart TV with fast internet.

Juan’s place was perfect for my stay. It was private and spotless and Juan was extremely understanding when I was late leaving on my last day. You will not be disappointed choosing Juan’s rental!

Charming place offering full kitchen with microwave/airfryer awesome snack baskets for hungry travelers. This stay was perfect .from the start both owner & vrbo responded quickly. Extra clean, bed very comfortable easy access keyless entry to unit secure nice area close to many attractions residential neighborhood. Many modern features Fire Pit area inviting w/seating private. This is a cute, tiny place. I would have rated it higher but it severely needed sprayed for spiders and ants. Otherwise, the place was clean. The landlord was responsive when the door lock stopped working but when I asked him to spray for spiders and ants, he didn't do it.

Love the place, well laid out, very clean, two suggestions. WiFi worked very weakly and not at all the last 2 days. Could use a small shelf in the bathroom, back of toilet and top of vanity only shelf space

Squeaky clean, comfy bed, very quiet, convenient location, nice host. I particularly appreciate the fact that it was clean without smelling like cleaning products. I have asthma and cannot tolerate perfumes, scents, or especially “carpet fresh” type products. I will definitely stay here next time I am in town. The only difficulty I had was finding the entry. A sign would be helpful.

I was booked and confirmed months in advance. I did not receive entry instructions and when I arrived at the location the owner told me it was not available. I reserved a private guest house with private outdoor space which included a fire pit. The owner then showed me a bedroom which shared a bathroom and kitchen with two other bedrooms. For the same price?! The owner expressed curiosity as to why I declined accommodations which were inferior to what I had reserved and paid for.

My mother stayed here while attending my daughter’s wedding. We always try and get Juan’s place when she comes to visit. It’s located perfectly, it’s quiet and clean. We love it.

This place is most delightful. It is quiet , clean, treats, water, The atmosphere because of the decore and set up makes it cozy and peaceful. This is my second time staying there and I hope it will always be there to stay when I am in that area.
