"Picked this hotel as it’s the only airport hotel with a shuttle bus and I had heavy luggage. Everything was fine apart from the noise, which meant I hardly slept. The adjoining rooms are not soundproof at all. The guy in the next room had a 2 hour video call and I could hear both sides of the conversation (he wasn’t being loud). He got up v early"

"From the moment we arrived all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and created a welcoming ethos. Special mention to the host who checked us in, she was consistently in a great mood and always looking to make our stay positive. During dinner I asked about the history of the building, and the lovely staff member was quick to print out a mini newspaper! I couldn't fault the experience. Some aspects are dated- but this is a historic building! I will definitely visit again "

"We booked a family room, it was overall OK, bathroom was shabby. We had lunch which was not good,tasteless. The plates were full when the waiter picked up the plates. I would have thought he would have commented on this. Dinner was Salmon n potatoes,and Ravioli. Salmon was dry. Ravioli was nice. Would I stay again,sadly no, A 4 star hotel should have excellent food x we stay in lots of hotels up and down UK and lower rated hotels have much better food ..."

"A/c in room didn’t work.Spoke to the maintenance man,said he would look at it…Still didn’t work.Other that that ,nice place."

"Check in went smoothly. Our room was a twin on the first floor. Spacious and clean with tea/coffee facility and a hairdryer. Only downside was a lack of sockets near the beds. Bathroom clean and shampoo , body wash provided if required."
