"Lovely rooftop pool and bar, as well as convenient breakfast buffet. Room was clean and well kept. Great walkable location as well. My only critique would be the lack of “extra” things like shampoo, conditioner, tissues, etc but that is more of a minor detail. Overall I’d recommend!"

It’s surprisingly time consuming to get from Agerola down to the coast road or beaches, but a great location for hiking in the mountains. There are plenty of hotels further down the mountain side with great views which are s lot more accessible.

Agerola is a good base for exploring the Amalfi Coast as you are part-way between some of the lovely places to visit: Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento and Pompeii.

Nice enough, but uninteresting in comparison with the whole area. Good for hill walking, not meant for history/culture! On the other hand, it is not destroyed by tourist hordes and car blight. The road down to Amalfi is great with spectacular views.
