Sorrento Peninsula All inclusive Holidays

Beautiful vistas and nice hotel. Having the shuttle was convenient for getting into town and it was nice to have a quiet place to return to. The breakfast was nice, though we felt the food otherwise was just ok. Unfortunately on the first night got sick we believe from bad sea urchin pasta. I would stay again and just plan to eat meals out besides for breakfast, as we would normally anyway, but after being so tired from traveling, hoped to have better food options on site. The pool was very nice, the jacuzzi was warm but not hot and they both close at 7, having the option to swim at night would have been nice.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

A truly amazing hotel, large well appointed rooms, immaculately maintained, and very quiet. Excellent location along Via Toledo, in the midst of the chaos which is Napoli. The unusual back alley entrance, dubious staircase and strange elevator only added to the charm of the place. Special thanks to Luigi who made us feel like we were at home. Definitely recommend The Matilde!

Great location beautiful facility gorgeous views from pool amazing staff

This family owned hotel for almost 200 years is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The location high above the docks, the incredible historic yet modernized facilities, the staff, the food, everything is thoughtful and beyond any expectations. If in Sorrento this is the only hotel to consider

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel Antiche Mura! The location is great—very walkable and close to the town center, shopping, restaurants, and everything you need. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We did have an issue with the room we had originally reserved through Expedia, but the staff worked with us to find a solution that worked out well for our stay, which we really appreciated. The continental breakfast was great with a nice selection each morning. We always felt safe and welcomed and really enjoyed our time here. A great location and a lovely place to stay!

Very nice stuff friendly they are absolutely lovely people. It’s a first time I’ve been in the hotel. Everything was amazing.
