Sorrento Peninsula All inclusive Holidays

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Very kind and helpful staff

Wish I had spent the whole visit here! This was wonderful, especially for the price! We had saved a little money the night before and regretted it. It's always a huge toss up whether a rental will look anything like the usually-highly-edited photos, but this one did not disappoint. The staff walked us to the room and clearly explainedeverything in good english. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE for a free hotel breakfast (fried potatoes, eggs, bacon, juices, pie, croissants, cereal, yogurt etc.....). One thing to be aware of, is that the hotel is past the winery/bar, past the stable, to the left, and down a ways. Follow the signs for reception. It was tucked back in there and was wonderfully secluded feeling, though not totally clearly marked or found on google maps. Thanks guys! -Ethan & Isabelle

If you are looking to just relax and enjoy the scenery of the sea and islands this is the best place to do it. The moment you enter the Villa, you feel like it’s the number one priority to make us feel relaxed and calm. The food at the restaurants are all also so fresh and probably the best we have had in the trip. Something to take notes of is how quaint and intimate it feels. That was very special. We could not recommend this spot more, honestly.

The location is perfect. It’s located at one of the highest points on the hill, which provides an amazing view over Positano during the night and daytime (Depending on which way your room / balcony is facing of course). The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the beach during specific hours only (In the event you are not up to walking from the beach back upstairs to the hotel) and the Luxury shuttle to Naples airport came in clutch. The staff was amazing and ensured that I had the best hotel stay and best time in Positano. If you would like an elite experience, I highly recommend staying at HVF.

The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as we all arrived as a group of 8 at different times. They were able to keep us all on the same floor and the room type were as promised. The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff was helpful in dining recommendations as well as directions to the beach. All of their "local" recommendations were amazing! The treck to the beach was up and dosn many stairs but not the fault of the hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at the Bellevue.
