Sorrento Peninsula All inclusive Holidays

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

Beautiful property including winery, stables and swimming pool! Continental breakfast was lovely as well! Staff very helpful!

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Hotel Plaza is in an ideal location…close to everything!! The staff is extremely friendly and super accommodating. We decided to stay another night and they were able to upgrade us to a larger room overlooking one of the main streets with a balcony. The morning breakfast buffet is AMAZING! The most delicious buffet we’ve ever had at a hotel. They also provide all of the amenities you could imagine in the rooms and the bed is super comfortable. The rooftop pool is even more beautiful than the online photos with a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento!

Very clean and very helpful staff

El hotel es muy bonito y la vista muy agradable, la habitación muy buena (excepto el baño que es pequeño) y una terraza grande y con una vista estupenda (lo único es que las puertas no abren bien por el piso de la habitación que está levantado). La piscina muy bien y el jardín botánico muy bonito. Lo único es que a la propiedad le falta algo de mantenimiento y pintura. De resto, todo excelente..

I travel a lot, and I can honestly say that the staff at this hotel—from the front office to the kitchen and every server—were absolutely phenomenal\. Everyone was kind, helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for\. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they took the time to find the answer and help us in every way they could\. Their hospitality truly made our stay special\. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and in a very convenient location\. If I could give this hotel six stars, I absolutely would\! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a wonderful experience\. ❤️

Lovely views over the bay

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very good. A bit confusing as pancakes were set out, but cold. Had to use the toaster to warm up. But the service was fantastic. Dinner was not as good. We found the prices to be expensive and quality not great. Drinks were also expensive. We chose to go into town for dinner our last night. The AC didn't seem to work very well. It said it was 18° and it seemed closer to 21. The bed was quite firm and uncomfortable. We noticed it after the 2nd night. Kinda wore on us. Overall the hotel was good. Just a few minor things as I have stated.
