"The property was great for my family of 4. Walkable to all abersoch has to offer. Our only issue was the unseasonably hot weather for which the house is not prepared. The upstairs really cooks. It’s hard to mark down the quality of the accommodations but, given the increasing frequency and magnitude of hot days, it would have helped to have a couple of fans on hand. "

"Lovely stay, large open space property, pet friendly with huge open grass space(far left corner dog can exit, so be aware). Parking on site. Super views from balcony. Beach and town all within walking distance. We could easily be happy if we'd retired here. "

"Nice house, well fitted out.
Communication good with company.
Garden messy , barbecue dirty snail in it, fish pond dirty.
Not clear towels NOT INCLUDED.
When we stripped the bed mattress protectors stained as well a duvet.
Not happy!"

Golden beaches invite sailing and surfing along this charming coastal village's sheltered bay. Families enjoy ice cream on the harbour wall before exploring nearby Llŷn Peninsula's hidden coves and walking paths.
Very comfortable property. Very clean. Convenient place for us to stay as we were on a riding holiday and it was very close to the stables. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Lovely property in stunning location with lovely touches-Prosecco, cake, “emergency meal”, etc
My only problem was in terms of getting information about access/key. I think this was because I booked through Hotels.com and the property is principally let through Sykes Cottages so I don ’t think anyone would have sent me access information if I hadn’t badgered!
Once I got the information it was very straightforward.

Had a lovely romantic getaway. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym all literally 10 metres away from the room.
Also a great little games room with pool, air hockey, video games, table tennis and much more all free of charge, again opposite the room. Lots of friendly farm animals that you can visit as often as you wish, the hosts are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. We’ll definitely be returning.

Brilliant rural location, but also close to bus and train stops. The final direction to go down the narrow road that says farm only would be helpful. One bedroom is accessed via the single room, which I didn't pick up from the listing. Comfortable, rural house, very friendly and helpful owners. The beautiful beach is about 40 mins walk. The coast bus is ideal for walking from the neighborouing villages up rivers to see waterfalls, and onto hill moorland.

The cottage was perfect. The location was beautiful and the garden was lovely to sit in. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There were helpful instructions for everything and Gareth was at hand if we needed anything else. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Lovely house in a great location. Peaceful and relaxing with plenty of space. Garden and covered hot tub are a great added feature. Kitchen is a good size and well equipped featuring a range cooker that made it easy to serve 7. The dining area is perfect for a group with 2 large tables. The house is cosy and warm. The beds and sofas could do with being replaced and some added TLC around the property for a more premium experience and the showers don’t have the greatest of pressure. All in all for...

Clean and well equipped. Excellent secure parking. Despite road and rail nearby it was surprisingly quiet.
Handy for shops, cafes and bars.
Very happy.

Spotlessly clean. Well equipped.
Great position and waterside views from front. Occasional train noise at rear.
We were there in heatwave so a couple of fans would have been useful.

Compact but certainly adequate property for 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 12. Excellent location for walking to the beach and for traveling the peninsula.
Couple of minor downsides - the garden was close but not necessarily convenient, and could do with instructions for the hob but we eventually managed but not mastered it 🤔
