"Clean and well equipped. Excellent secure parking. Despite road and rail nearby it was surprisingly quiet. Handy for shops, cafes and bars. Very happy."

"Just as described, but actually closer to the beach than we thought. Clean and comfortable, only tiny niggles such as the bathroom door not quite closing fully and one of the bulbs blowing. Not bad considering."

"Lovely stay"

"We stayed here as a large family group and had a great time. The house is very quiet and in a beautiful rural setting with a lovely garden and lovely surroundings including the estate lake and lots of farmland. The house is spacious, especially the bedrooms with the upstairs being bigger than the downstairs space. There is plenty of parking."

"Beautiful stay! Near snowdon and many other tourist attractions."

"Spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Great position and waterside views from front. Occasional train noise at rear. We were there in heatwave so a couple of fans would have been useful."

"The property was on a working farm and is pet friendly. Located just outside of Pwllheli. The owners live on site and were very friendly & welcoming. The facilities were wonderful from the swimming pool to the games room. Set in the beautiful Welsh countryside with stunning views."

"Compact but certainly adequate property for 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 12. Excellent location for walking to the beach and for traveling the peninsula. Couple of minor downsides - the garden was close but not necessarily convenient, and could do with instructions for the hob but we eventually managed but not mastered it 🤔"

"Was very homely & had everything needed for a comfortable holiday "

"The property was great for my family of 4. Walkable to all abersoch has to offer. Our only issue was the unseasonably hot weather for which the house is not prepared. The upstairs really cooks. It’s hard to mark down the quality of the accommodations but, given the increasing frequency and magnitude of hot days, it would have helped to have a couple of fans on hand. "

"Lovely stay, large open space property, pet friendly with huge open grass space(far left corner dog can exit, so be aware). Parking on site. Super views from balcony. Beach and town all within walking distance. We could easily be happy if we'd retired here. "
