"It is a homely place with very friendly and helpful staff. Had a family feel to it and the restaurant food was excellent. We had only a short stay but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when in the area."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, with comfy and well appointed rooms. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with a fairly good choice. We had a meal in the hotel’s bistro which was really delicious and is thoroughly recommended. Overall, a really enjoyable and comfortable stay."

"Was a perfect place to stay just below the Castle. Great food and drinks at the hotel. Lots to explore,in town and the beach"

"It was perfect for our stay. Firstly, it was only 5 minutes walk from Harlech Railway station, which was great as we came by train (the ride in along the coast is gorgeous by the way). It is also very convenient for the amazing beach, the wonderful castle & the bustling little town & shops. Our room was clean, quiet & a good size, with a lovely view of the castle. "Lovely stay, large open space property, pet friendly with huge open grass space(far left corner dog can exit, so be aware). Parking on site. Super views from balcony. Beach and town all within walking distance. We could easily be happy if we'd retired here. "

"Just as described, but actually closer to the beach than we thought. Clean and comfortable, only tiny niggles such as the bathroom door not quite closing fully and one of the bulbs blowing. Not bad considering."

"We had an excellent stay in the Arches. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed."

"Beautiful bungalow with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. Lovely location just a short walk away from the beach and central for many local attractions Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return if we went back to North Wales"

"Brilliant accommodation. Location excellent with wonderful views from the apartment. Just across the road from the beach. Apartment spacious and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Owner very friendly and welcoming. Oyster holidays great to book with and answered questions promptly. Very good value for money. Would highly recommend."

"We needed a simple clean room with en-suite to stop while we did some coastal walking in North Wales. This was conveniently situated- Would recommend!"

"Lovely stay"

"Really lovely spacious property, beautifully done out and well equipped. Excellent location, with stunning views across the countryside, very close to Criccieth and all its amenities."

"Great central location"

"Clean and well equipped. Excellent secure parking. Despite road and rail nearby it was surprisingly quiet. Handy for shops, cafes and bars. Very happy."

"What a fantastic find for a family holiday. Exceeded expectations in terms of location, accommodation, facilities etc. A great deal of thought has been put in by owners to enhance the comfort of your stay, a lovely home from home. Lovely short walk to a fabulous beach, and not far from Portmadock where there are shops for every need. Would highly recommend, and sure like us you will just want to go back again. Thank you for your hospitality."
