This is a very old building which makes the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel very impressive. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the serving staff were very attentive at all times, particularly To summarise, our stay was a very enjoyable experience."

"Lovely location in the middle of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, ideal for touring (which is what I was doing). Large pub with extensive menu and large garden. "This place is a real gem. Double room at rear of Inn away from main road, Bed very comfortable - lovely bedding. Bathroom very good/clean - would benefit from somewhere to put down toiletry bags etc. beautiful huge white fluffy towels provided. Shower would also benefit from somewhere to put down toiletries etc. Restaurant excellent, lovely ambiance, food plentiful and very good although chips a little too crispy. Staff really welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. Car park good. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again."
