"Staff polite and very helpful. Room and shower room are compact - enough room to move about (I was on my own with a smaller sized bag; 2 and large suitcases would feel right ) - so there would be no swinging of cats. Sufficient for an overnight stay. Booked a windowless room as it was only for 1 night. Didn’t bother me, the curtain gave the impression of a window. Obviously no clue how bright or dry the day was (but then it is Edinburgh!). 2nd stay in 6 months (windowed room wasn’t much bigger). Convenient for Haymarket station, trams and buses."
