This was the perfect getaway for me. Situated approx. 5 minutes from the Main Street surrounded by beautiful countryside and tranquility. I loved every minute of my stay as a solo traveller I felt very safe and looked after by the amazing staff. Deluxe room was perfect for my needs, very spacious with a lovely deep bath and separate walk-in shower. The bed was massive and one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. From the warm Scottish welcome on arrival, the spacious comfortable room with excellent features, and outstanding Aberdeen Angus rib-eye steak so superbly served in the restaurant. All provided with a smile and a pleasant word by the excellent team running the hotel 10/10

I felt like I was in a Nancy Drew game - the interior had a mysterious air to it, in a good way. It was very cozy and staff was really attentive.

The rooms were lovely and clean, it was nice and quiet of a night and the staff were very nice and helpful, There is the coffee house cafe underneath the hotel. This sells lovely sandwiches, salads and cakes. Organic bread etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room and comfy stay

Booked as overnight stay on business trip after initially researching on the net. Bonus was being able to park right outside the Hotel entrance, free on street parking between 20:00 and 08:00hrs. Our room was very comfortable, clean with full en-suite facilities, beds were superb and exceptionally comfortable. Pleasant traditional Highland Hotel. Friendly and efficient check in. Bar well stocked with pleasant adjoining lounge. The venison dinner special was excellent. A good stopping point on way north .
