In decent condition but to recognise its price point and position, a refresh of interior finishing would benefit, The staff are excellent, I interacted with housekeeping, reception, night porter and breakfast team, all are exceptionally friendly, the receptionist in particular was really very helpful and kind. "Fantastic house and so kind of the host to provide snacks tea coffee etc. everything was just perfect and made our stay so much more lovely. We attended a wedding locally so the house was perfect position. Even got to see the half marathon on the Sunday when leaving as it ran right past. Host communication was great. Would definately stay again , only slight issue was only had beds for 7 when we had booked for 8 but my son was happy on the sofa "

"Super apartment! Quiet, extremely clean and well-stocked with utensils, washing machine etc. that you might need. Excellent access to both ends of town (approx. 10-15mins walk dep. upon pace), including the County cricket ground.Good choice of nearby coffee shops, and Lidlls and Tesco barely 5 mins walk away. Ample car parking spaces too. Host helpful and quick to respond to any queries."
