"Our family had a wonderful stay at K11 Artus. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it perfect for a relaxing week-long stay. There are a Washer and Dryer inside the room very convenient for family with kids. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and the size of the room gave me plenty of space to unwind. "Staff was all around the very best. Excellent service in all areas. Everyone seemed to try so hard to accomodate your needs. My harbour View room was amazing and I spent a lot of time just sitting by the windows watching the boats on the water. Particularly appeciated the Filipino staff, they were so friendly and helpful. Used spa three times for massages and each masseuse was the best I've had anywhere. I've had massages all over the world and these were truly professionals, powerful and knowledgable concerning your stiff, aching body. Would go back in a heart beat."
