This accommodation was outstanding. All the luxury of a hotel with the freedom of self catering.
Really near everything and yet quiet once the door was shut.. we were sad to leave

Fantastic hotel. Very good location minutes from Charles bridge on the not tacky side. Staff couldn't do enough to help. The room was amazing. We had free wifi, an Apple TV with lots of movies and a very good selection of music. There was also an iPad available to browse the Internet.

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels i have personally stayed in. The staff went above and beyond with everything. Prior to my arrival they help me organise trips arrange meals as special surprises for my partners visit. on arrival staff could not do enough for you. They even left there work stations to give us a quick tour of the unique monks brewery cave like converted to a bar at the bottom of the hotel. In fact though out my whole stay i could not fault anything about this hotel! If i...

We've just returned from our first trip to Prague and first stay at this wonderful hotel and can't praise it highly enough!
Nestled in the walls of the castle, the Golden Well is full of charm and character and only 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge in one direction and 10 minutes from the castle gates in the other direction. Perfect!
The rooms, facilities and service were exceptional and the staff very friendly, helpful and informative and are all a credit to the hotel. Fully focussed on...

I would like to take this opportunity and thank the hotel manager Mr Pedro and his amazing team which made our stay absolutely wonderful! Due to unforeseen circumstances and technical issue ,We got upgraded to beautiful river view suite with complementary massage and complementary in room breakfast!
The massage therapist “Patrick “ was absolutely great with amazing techniques, which I would highly recommend him.
The whole team went extra mile to make sure we would have a memorable stay at the...

Easy check in as they parked my car for me. Polite staff on the desk.
Food in the restaurant was a high quality.
Room was good. Actually a pleasant temperature too, which is rare!

We stayed here for a second time recently. The hotel is as good as if not better than on our last visit some years ago. Large and spotlessly clean room with all facilities. Although the hotel is very close to Old Town Square and above a main (pedestrianised) street, the room was well insulated and very quiet. No fripperies in the hotel (saunas, beauty parlours etc), but staff were excellent and so was the breakfast. The hotel is small enough to be off-limits to the endless tourist groups...

Simply Excellent in every way possible. Exactly what we were looking for with this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Full of charm and art deco character, it felt like stepping back in time to when hotels were grand and oppulent, but with full modern convenience and luxury.
Perfectly positioned for a short walk to the old town and everything else you could need. Surrounded by restaurants and bakeries.
Restaurant at the Imperial was a favourite, so much so we ate there twice.
Would highly recommend...

If this property manages to maintain competitive prices in the market , there is no other like it. Extremely good quality rooms , friendly stuff and the breakfast is ok.
We will for sure return if the prices continue to be the same.

Lovely hotel, centrally situated. Within 10 mins walk to charles bridge. The hotel itself has all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The staff are amazing esp the receptionist. She went out of her way to book us taxis, tours, restaurant reservations, all at good prices. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, well designed hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was a good size, very clean with lovely warm colours.
The food was also quite good, with reasonable prices. Loved the decor throughout.
Would be better if they didn't book the bar out completely in the evenings and left some allocation for hotel guests.

This was possibly the best and most interesting hotel we have ever stayed in. All standards were top notch, and the decor meant that trips to and from our room took longer as there was a wealth of artifacts to examine en route!
The restaurant was also very good -although the wine was rather pricey and 50 per cent higher than good local restaurants.
But we will definitely be back
