We notified them of an early arrival and they allowed us to use the spa area to change whilst our room was made ready. Nice pool area, fabulous breakfast and large comfortable bar area with live music. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in"

"Loved our stay. We had a big beautiful room, with a gorgeous lake view and balcony! The bathroom was also very clean and spacious, with bath and shower. The food at Pelangi, especially breakfast, was great! The pools were clean and well maintained, enjoyed spending time in pool and poolside, and good for my baby too Buggy service was very useful and a great service! Had the best trip at Pelangi!"

"Overall experience was good but if you want a peaceful relaxing experience I would not book it it’s more for families with children as the hotel was very busy and loud. The spa was overally priced and the package that I booked included pedicure but the therapist did not even do it properly, she quickly just scrubbed my feet for few seconds and she was done."
