Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff, and fantastic location. We stayed in an Exec room so had access to the Club Lounge - more of a time-boxed all-inclusive than light snacks :) Food and drinks ranged very strong. Staff amazing - we dropped a suitcase off a week before we stayed and the lady remembered me and my name the moment I came back - really outstanding service.

Generous sized rooms, excellent staff are very helpful, expansive breakfast buffet, great variety of restaurants. DMZ Storyteller tour provided by the hotel was excellent, private car with tour guide Sam who was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and passionately proud of the heritage of South Korea; I cannot recommend this enough. It was superb!

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 5 star with the exception of the bathroom which was a shower with a curtain over a bath that was very difficult to operate. I think a hotel of this quality and price deserves a decent walk in shower
