"The hotel is clean, spacious, and staff were friendly. It's a bit further from maybe the main attractions of Lisbon by the water. We booked through Expedia where the reservation specified 2 separate beds. Again Expedia failed to communicate this on the booking to the hotel. The hotel accommodated the request but I need Expedia to clean it's website or fix the listings so I don't have to contact each hotel to confirm the bed set up."

"I’ve always loved this hotel but after a 16 hour flight from the states. The receptionist told me point blank there are zero rooms available in the entire hotel for an early check in. It was so exhausting "
