An excellent stay at a wonderful hotel. Attentive staff and seamless service. Breakfast was fantastic. A masterclass in how to run a hotel.

We were in modern extension. My husband was aware of the trams passing including at night. I was not. Perhaps not good for a light sleeper. Spa lovely. 5 year old was wonderfully welcomed by all staff.

The hotel offers a very high level of service. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. My entire stay was punctuated with support from wonderful, helpful and courteous staff, who could have done nothing more to improve my stay......until they provided the...

Very well located hotel, easy to get around the city by walking and public transport. If you fly from Linate (LIN) just 20 min with metro. Spacious room, very clean everywhere. Extensive breakfast with a buffet and freshly made menu. AC is working so-so as it turned out is somehow centrally controlled also the water refills could be a bit better. Overall very good experience and would stay again.

Lovely stay , helpful staff sorting out taxi to airport for me , beautiful room , bed very comfortable

Wonderful stay, room and facilities excellent and staff were exceptional

Got upgraded easily 😊 and staff friendly and helpful. Will stay again

The hotel had very good facilities and was pleasing and in location where it is easy to get to the city centre. With one of our group being a child with severe #foodallergy to multiple foods; we have had avaryong experiences before. We let this hotel know via eamil, were asked to confirm this at check-in and staff (both Reception and catering) were well-informed, seemed to have procedures in place and were able to make in-hotel dining and room-service as safe as possible (ie, reduced risks). ...

Spent a wonderful 6 nights staying here whilst visiting the university for work. Great location, very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Staff were really helpful and the fresh yoghurts and juice were really appreciated. Cannot fault!

Very clean and discreetly attentive staff

Lovely boutique hotel, small enough to feel looked after, great hosts, lovely staff. Hidden gem.

Fantastic 5 star hotel very walkable to the Duomo & other major sites Housed in a beautiful restored historic building with everything you need on its doorstep Very comfortable room, great quality bedding & towels, spotlessly clean, quiet & peaceful Reception team were friendly & professional

This is the new place to stay in Milan. As soon as I made my booking I received a message from Sean on the front desk who remained in contact until my arrival. The property is perfectly located, beautifully decorated with a very clean and contemporary yet warm feel. It feels like a small hotel without all the things you often don’t need from a hotel anyway!! Thank you Sean for such attentive service.

Excellent location and lovely to come back after a day of hectic activity
