Gorgeous hotel on the waterfront - the most impressive in Saint Jean de Luz, with a nice (simple) spa. The staff are the highlight - effortlessly efficient & totally capable - from the (handsome) door men to the amazing receptionist, capable maids & talented masseuse. The hotel in lovely and obviously caters for the ‘Up Market’ clientele that they get given the proximity to the fashionable town of Biarritz, however Breakfast was not included and cost 26€ each!!!!! Far too much for a continental breakfast with additional hot items extra! Also be aware you are right next to an airport and will get occasional jet noise (not that busy though.

To stay at this hotel is to experience gracious living and elegance at its very best. We started coming here three years ago.to celebrate our wedding anniversary and now make a point of coming back each year. The hotel remembers each year the reason for our stay without reminding and go out of their way to make our celebration special. Great location, amazing staff. Loved the hotel facilities and views of the beach.

Was a very last minute booking while travelling up through France and we booked the morning of our stay and the receptionist was really helpful and luckily spoke better English than my French! We stayed 2 nights and it was very well located to travel to Hossegor and Biarritz. We weren’t fortunate enough to stay here in the summer to appreciate all the facilities like the pool eg but my 3yr old loved saying hello to the animals in their petting zoo area. We would definitely love to come back here...
